The Conductor is kicking off the third cohort of its 10X Growth Accelerator this spring.
The accelerator, which is a partnership with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, Metova, the University of Central Arkansas and Conductor, is designed to help Arkansas ventures “scale, drive revenues and create new jobs in the state,” according to a Conductor press release.
Running from April to July 2019, the third edition of the 10X Growth Accelerator will provide in a “high-impact, 14-week” business curriculum, focusing on cybersecurity, sales growth, Fortune 500 business strategies, and more. After the initial 14-weeks, program participants will receive individualized support and group coaching sessions from July through December.
10X Growth Accelerator’s curriculum is centered around “peer-to-peer networking at CEO roundtables, followed by a growth-oriented, 10X curriculum that enables businesses to put the systems, people and processes in place to scale,” according to the release.
Eligibility requirements for the program include being an Arkansas-based company with annual revenues averaging $100,000 to $10,000,000. Companies must commit at least one C-level executive to being available at program meetings, which will be held once a week for up to three hours during the first 14-week period.
Up to 25 companies will be selected to join the cohort.
Conductor CEO Kim Lane says the accelerator is a proven way for Arkansas companies to leverage their potential and increase their growth rate significantly.
“The 10X Growth Accelerator is a proven model that has led many of our state’s most high-potential companies to exponential and unprecedented growth in revenue and new jobs,” Lane says. “This is one of our most high-impact, transformational programs, and we’re excited to provide more Arkansas-based companies with this opportunity.”
According to G.B. Cazes, Metova COO, the accelerator has made a major impact on Arkansas companies and helps to equip companies to create new solutions.
