The Conductor, funded in partnership with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC), recently celebrated the kick-off of the fifth cohort of the 10X Growth Accelerator. The statewide 10x Growth Accelerator program consists of a practical, peer-driven entrepreneurship education curriculum, leadership coaching and support services, access to capital, and connection to an expanded support network.
The 10X Growth Accelerator Program kicked off its 14-week program with cohort five companies meeting and introductions and going over what the next weeks will entail. Following the introduction, companies attended the alumni happy hour with 10X alumni companies to share experiences and ask questions.
The rest of the program will meet weekly in Conway at the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce, where each session will start with roundtable discussions followed by a subject matter expert presentation. Session topics will include the strategic growth planning process, leadership effectiveness and culture, tech considerations, innovation readiness, and more.
“We are very excited about this cohort because we are getting companies from around the state like never before. And, we have some great success stories from companies that were part of previous cohorts that we think will inspire this year’s participating companies. We are looking forward to helping this new group of Arkansas companies 10X their business, creating many more jobs in our great state,” said Glenn Crockett, 10X Growth Accelerator director.
