The 10X Growth Accelerator from The Conductor and the Arkansas Economic Development Commission has launched its 10th cohort in Conway.
The selected companies represent a diverse mix of industries and growth stages, united by a shared commitment to building stronger businesses and creating lasting impact across Arkansas, according to a press release.
“As we celebrate the 10th cohort of the 10X Growth Accelerator, it’s exciting to welcome another group of Arkansas companies that are committed to growth, innovation and long-term impact,” said Leslie McColgan, Conductor program director. “These founders and leaders represent the strength of our state’s entrepreneurial community, and we look forward to helping them build the strategies, leadership and momentum needed for their next stage of growth.”

The cohort will officially begin in August and participate in a 14-week experience focused on six key growth areas — leadership and culture, operational effectiveness, innovation readiness, financial health, digital readiness and revenue velocity.
The cohort will be officially introduced to the public during the 10X Launch Celebration on Nov. 10 from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Arnold Innovation Center in Conway. The event is open to the public, and registration is encouraged.
