Colliers | Arkansas has announced four additions and a promotion to its Northwest Arkansas team based in Rogers.
The additions include Julie Wax, director of marketing, NWA; brokerage analysts Eli Challis and Tyler Dory; and marketing design associate Natalie Huntington. Also, Megan Murdock was named director of property management for the NWA market.
Wax joined Colliers in January as director of marketing. Challis joined Colliers full-time in June as a brokerage analyst, supporting market research, financial analysis and deal execution for the firm’s retail brokerage team. Dory also joined Colliers in June as a brokerage analyst, providing market research and analytical support for the firm’s land brokerage team.
Joining the team in May, Huntington supports the firm’s creative and design work.
“This is the strongest team we’ve ever put in Northwest Arkansas,” Managing Director Steve Lane said. “Adding this kind of marketing, property management and brokerage talent means we can move faster and take on more complex projects. We are intentionally growing to best serve our clients and to meet the demands of this expanding market.”
Murdock’s new title reflects an expansion of responsibilities leading the firm’s NWA property management division, where she provides strategic leadership and oversight for the property management team, according to a press release.
