Little Rock-based PR firm C. Bahn Strategic Partners has expanded its senior-level expertise by naming Jason Brown, APR, senior advisor for PR and strategy. With an expanding portfolio of interests both in central Arkansas and the Jonesboro area, Brown will contribute strategy and public relations counsel to client engagements across the region.
Brown brings more than two decades of communications experience, with an extensive background in agriculture, manufacturing, energy and public policy. He has earned the Accreditation in Public Relations, is a past president of the Arkansas chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and is an alumnus of Arkansas State University and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
“Jason offers the deep experience and sound judgment we want alongside us as we continue to scale,” said Chris Bahn, founder and principal of C. Bahn Strategic Partners. “He has built strong, enduring relationships across the Mid-South by doing thoughtful work and earning people’s trust. His knowledge of industries that matter enormously to our state and region makes his expanded role a natural next step as we build on the momentum our firm has created.”
Brown will contribute across the fields of communications strategy, media relations, executive counsel, messaging, and national and trade media outreach. Brown will also provide additional focus on the agriculture, manufacturing, business-to-business, energy and public policy sectors. His career includes communications leadership roles with The Communications Group, Indigo Agriculture, and Arkansas Farm Bureau, as well as founding the communications consultancy Cultivate & Convey.
“What drew me to C. Bahn was simple — good people doing good work for clients who matter,” Brown said. “Agriculture, manufacturing, and energy are at the core of my experience, and I’m proud to bring that perspective to the team. Working with Chris gives me the opportunity to build on that experience while helping clients across the state and region.”
