Mark A. Bingman, MCR, SIOR, is the new vice president and managing director at Halsey Real Estate.
Bingman will lead the company’s new Little Rock office, which is scheduled to open Oct. 1 at 8315 Cantrell Road. The company will continue serving residential clients through its Benton office, while the Little Rock office will serve as the company’s central Arkansas commercial real-estate hub.
“Opening a Little Rock office is an important step in Halsey Real Estate’s continued growth across Arkansas,” said Jerry Halsey, president and CEO of Halsey Real Estate. “Mark has the experience, relationships and understanding of the Central Arkansas market to establish the kind of commercial real estate operation we want to build here.”
Bingman brings four decades of commercial real estate and corporate leadership experience to Halsey Real Estate. Before joining the company, he spent more than two decades leading the commercial and investment division of a large Little Rock brokerage, according to a press release.
Bingman will be joined in Little Rock by commercial agent Zane Neves, a Jonesboro native who earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he played collegiate baseball.
“Halsey Real Estate has built a strong reputation by staying close to its clients and understanding the markets it serves,” Bingman said. “I see a tremendous opportunity to build on that foundation in central Arkansas, grow a strong commercial team and help clients make informed real estate decisions.”
