Bank of America Customers Report Widespread Outage

According to Downdetector, which collects data on outages, Bank of America customers started reporting issues with their bank accounts at 11:45 a.m. CST on Wednesday, Oct. 2.

While some complained about not being able to see their balance, others complained that their account suddenly showed them a $0 balance.

So far, Bank of America has not made a statement about the widespread complaints.
