Missy McJunkins Duke is a Director in the firm of Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon & Galchus, practicing in the areas of labor and employment law, and immigration law. She is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association’s Labor and Employment and Immigration Sections, and Women in the Profession Committee; and the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section and Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee. She was appointed by former Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe as Commissioner on the Arkansas Early Childhood Commission and as a member of the Arkansas Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights. She is also serving a six-year term on the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners.
