Lesley Nalley
CEO of Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
Adoption of Hot Springs Village’s first comprehensive master plan, giving current and future residents a tool to secure their long-term prosperity.
What is you secret to success?
Embracing collaboration among workers, making decisions based on data rather than feelings, and never compromising my integrity for the sake of an easy win.
How can we work to better empower female professionals?
Empowerment comes from within. Society should encourage every man, woman and child, regardless of gender, to feel worthy of seizing opportunities for themselves. It’s everyone’s responsibility to encourage our little girls and boys to achieve their potentials.
How do you hope to be remembered?
As someone devoted to her family, friends and community, who wasn’t afraid of obstacles and did everything she could to benefit those she loved.
What is your favorite quote?
“From everyone to whom much has been given, much will be required; and from the one to whom much has been entrusted, even more will be demanded” – The Gospel of Luke, Chapter 12, Verse 48

The Hot Springs Village nullified the Comprehensive Master Plan (aka Community Manipulation Plan) because it was an ill conceived, impractical plan that would only drain money from the POA and sacrifice on-going programs and maintenance.
