The Arkansas Community Foundation has named Alexandra (Allie) Rodery Rouse as its new director of planned giving.
“Allie’s legal and nonprofit experience combine for a perfect fit in managing planned giving operations for the Foundation,” ACF president and CEO Heather Larkin said in a statement. “She will be working with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors and bank trust officers whose clients benefit from the Foundation’s charitable gift services.”
Before joining the Arkansas Community Foundation, the Piggot native served as the deputy chief of legislative and intergovernmental affairs for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. Rouse previously was the deputy human resources chief and chief of staff for the Department of Human Services.
She has also served as a policy advisor for the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality and as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Pulaski and Perry counties.
Rouse holds a bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University, a master’s degree in public service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law.
