Erin Maxwell was recently promoted to vice president of claims at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She has held numerous roles within her 18 years with the company.
Most recently, Maxwell served as lead executive of customer service and Medicare Advantage operations. In her new role, she will oversee claims operations for Arkansas Blue Cross and most of its affiliate companies.
Maxwell holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She attained her Professional Health Insurance Advanced Studies (PHIAS) certification from America’s Health Insurance Plans and is a Class of XXXII graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock, as well as a graduate of the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy.
In addition to her achievements, Maxwell was recognized as one of Arkansas’ Finest Young Professionals in 2018 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
