Anthropologie is officially coming to Bentonville, marking the lifestyle brand’s first location in Northwest Arkansas. The retailer has signed on as the final leaseholder at Walmart’s new Home Office, joining Starbucks and Chipotle along 8th Street. The trio is expected to open in spring 2026, rounding out the campus’ major street-front offerings and signaling Walmart’s ongoing effort to bring nationally recognized brands to both associates and the broader community.
“Anthropologie’s planned arrival, along with the full mix of businesses coming to our new Home Office, reflects our commitment to delight our associates and the Bentonville community with new-to-market concepts,” said Cindi Marsiglio, senior vice president of corporate real estate at Walmart. “By bringing in brands like Anthropologie, we’re creating vibrant spaces that create lively weeknight and weekend experiences lasting beyond the workday.”
While Anthropologie, Starbucks and Chipotle are slated for next year, the Home Office campus is already bustling with newly opened businesses that are welcoming the public. Airship Coffee, Falfurrias Rooftop Lounge, Gearhead Outfitters, The Gents Place, Bentonville Bicycle Company, Swig, Potbelly, Sweetgreen and a Walmart Pharmacy have all opened their doors. More local, regional and national retailers, restaurants and service providers are scheduled to open later this month and into early 2026.
Walmart’s new Home Office is designed as a community-forward campus that blends work, convenience and recreation. In addition to retail and dining, the development features outdoor art installations, expansive green spaces, miles of multi-use trails and direct access to the Razorback Greenway. These amenities aim to create a seamless connection between the campus, its associates and Bentonville residents and visitors.
