The Little Rock law firm of Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard has added attorney Andy Weir as a litigation associate. Weir will be based in the Little Rock office, further strengthening the firm’s litigation practice.
Weir provides comprehensive legal counsel to insurers, corporations and health care professionals across a broad spectrum of litigation matters. He represents clients in both complex and commercial litigation, handling cases related to negligence, fraud and premises liability.
Weir holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas Little Rock Williams H. Bowen School of Law, and he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Colorado State University. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel, Pulaski County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
