FROM OUR PUBLISHER
Just over a year of Arkansas Money & Politics back in print is an important milestone and has elevated our company to be the only Forbes-like, pro-business magazine for the state of Arkansas. This month, we reflect on this achievement and salute a host of incredible subjects who have graced our pages. We have been honored to feature Arkansas business giants Warren Stephens, George Gleason, Mack McClarty and Sam Alley on our covers in the last year, as well as stories highlighting innovation such as Haley Allgood of Startup Junkie, Junior Achievement Arkansas’ plan for the future and staying on top of the business of agriculture, which is imperative for the success of our great state.Â
As we honor the foundation of our nation this Independence Day, we must also honor businesses of all backgrounds and net incomes. Arkansas is a true representation of the American Dream for business owners, as there are thousands of marketable industries across our state. Global names in business, small businesses, minority businesses and groundbreaking ideas are just part of the amazing fabric of financial success in Arkansas.Â
Speaking of Arkansas companies that have paved the future, Garver is an employee-owned multi-disciplined engineering, planning, architectural, and environmental services firm, headquartered in North Little Rock. This year, Garver celebrates 100 years in business, and will be featured in a special publication presented in AMP in August.
If your company would like to be featured in a special publication, reach out to me and we can get the ball rolling! AMP is the best way to introduce your company to the state or celebrate success here and to a global audience. Email hbaker@armoneyandpolitics.com.
