How did you two start working together?
Denman: I started my accounting career in 2002. After stints with Deloitte, a smaller firm and several years on my own, I brought on Deron as a partner to form Denman, Hamilton & Associates. We’ve since been able to grow our team and gain clients not only throughout Little Rock but around the country.
What is the secret to successful collaboration in business and in life?
Hamilton: Operate from a place of serving others and being a problem solver while having character of high integrity, trust and excellence. Effective communication and follow-through are extremely important, and you have to put in the work to increase your knowledge and constantly add value to those you serve.
