Your values, your voice and your vision are your greatest strengths. Seek mentors who challenge and support you, stay curious, and remember that your career is a journey of growth, not perfection. Walk boldly in your purpose, and let integrity be the compass that guides every decision.

IS THERE ANOTHER “POWER WOMAN” WHO INSPIRES YOU?
I’ve had many remarkable women encourage me throughout my life, and I’m deeply grateful for their wisdom and guidance — but the one who inspires me most is my granddaughter, Collins Nalley. Her confidence, curiosity and fearless outlook on the world remind me why it’s so important to create spaces where every little girl feels she belongs and can dream without limits.
