Allegiant Air is adding two new routes from Arkansas to Florida in the coming months.
The Las Vegas-based airliner will be adding a route from Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) to St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and from XNA to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
The XNA to St. Pete-Clearwater route is set to begin on July 2, and one-way fares are expected to be as low as $38. The XNA to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood route is set to begin on Oct. 8 with one-way rates also beginning at $38.

Allegiant also offers seasonal direct flights from Bentonville to Destin/Fort Walton, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Nashville, Orlando, Sanford and Phoenix/Mesa from XNA.
Allegiant also added six new routes to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, St. Pete Clearwater International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in its new route announcement. The routes are from Provo Airport in Utah to Phoenix Sky Harbor and from Stockton Metropolitan Airport in California to Phoenix Sky Harbor; from Pittsburgh International Airport to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport; and from Provo Airport to St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.
On Friday, May 21, XNA revealed that Breeze Airways, a new low-cost airliner from JetBlue founder David Neeleman, would be establishing a presence at the airport. Breeze Airways is set to begin running a route from Tampa to XNA on June 17 and a route from New Orleans to XNA on July 15 with a standalone route from XNA to San Antonio that will begin July 15.
