Startup Junkie and Conductor, in collaboration with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC), have launched the 75Strong Entrepreneurship Program to bolster Arkansas’s small business and startup ecosystem. This initiative will focus on training local leaders, including economic developers, community leaders and university representatives, to support entrepreneurs in underserved areas. Participants will receive an Entrepreneurial Development Professional certification and develop tailored plans for sustainable economic growth in their communities.
“Developing a strong network of leaders and economic developers who can support entrepreneurs and small businesses is essential for our state’s growth,” said AEDC Executive Director Clint O’Neal.
By partnering with the 75Strong program, participants will engage with more than 100 small businesses statewide, equipping them with tools to drive local entrepreneurship. The program will prioritize rural and underresourced regions, aiming to strengthen Arkansas’s economy from the ground up.
“Our mission is clear: to cultivate a network of empowered leaders who will champion entrepreneurship and drive sustainable economic growth throughout Arkansas,” said Executive Director of Conductor Grace Rains.
Interested individuals are encouraged to apply before the Dec. 1 deadline. Informational sessions will be held via Zoom on Nov. 12 to provide further details.
