Who were your mentors or inspirations?

My most treasured mentors are my parents. I grew up in Hot Springs where they owned a lake resort. I grew up working there with my sisters. Watching my parents work hard and their dedication inspired me to want to help others and have a business of my own.

What is your leadership style?

I believe in leading by example and fostering open communication which allows an opportunity to build trust. Leadership is about collaboration and inspiring others to do their best.

What is your favorite quote?

“The best leaders see themselves in service to something else,” by John C. Maxwell.
