While earning her degree in banking and finance from the University of Arkansas, Gladden joined what was a brand-new bank called Signature Bank of Arkansas. Serving in a variety of capacities, Gladden’s natural leadership style earned her the role of senior vice president/loan manager and eventually, Springdale market president. She is an active board member for Hope Cancer Resources, Color of Hope committee member for Arkansas Children’s Northwest, a new member of the Fayetteville Junior Civic League and an alumna of Leadership Springdale.
